Shine is designed with privacy in mind. By default, all your data is stored locally on your device:
- Activity completion records
- Journal entries and reflections
- Mood tracking data
- Wolf companion evolution progress
- Streak and XP information
Local-First Storage
Your personal data is stored using iOS UserDefaults and remains on your device. We do not access or upload this information to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (available for premium users).
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: For managing subscriptions and in-app purchases. See their privacy policy.
- Vercel Analytics: For anonymous website traffic analysis (website only).
Your Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time. Since data is stored locally, you can delete all information by uninstalling the app or using the in-app reset feature.
