Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Shine ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

The App provides general information and tools for anxiety recovery based on Paul David's acceptance approach. It is not intended to replace professional therapy or medical treatment.
Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions include:
- 7-day free trial (no credit card required)
- Annual subscription at $29.99/year after trial
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
- Cancellation through App Store subscription settings
All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or misuse the App.
Limitation of Liability
Shine and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
